On a visit to Romania in June 2014, I enjoyed photographing these lovely people as a change from my more normal landscape and architecture subjects. The people were delightful and were happy to be photographed.

On a visit to Romania in June with a small group of photographers, I was wandering through the very rural village of Copsa Mare and saw these two ladies sweeping the path in front of their house. When I indicated that I would like to photograph them, they happily posed for me.
